香料：八角，桂皮，香叶，花椒

1.鸡肉剁块，洗净，用盐料酒腌制

2.炒糖色，加入鸡肉，煸炒到鸡肉收紧，加入豆瓣酱，炒出酱色酱香

3.加入香料，辣椒，葱姜蒜，煸炒，加水，水开加生抽，盐，胡椒粉，白糖，小火炖

4.鸡肉八成熟，加入土豆块

5.土豆熟后，青椒，红椒，洋葱，大火收汁，撒入白芝麻，点缀香菜葱花
