黄焖鸡/黄焖牛肉

1.肉洗净放入清水，加入盐和料酒，浸泡10分钟，另外干香菇用热水浸泡

2.肉挤干表面水分，加入生抽10g，耗油40g，甜面酱10g，老抽8g，盐2g，鸡精2g，腌制30分钟

3.把肉和香菇水放入高压锅，上气后压5分钟

4.锅底放入姜片和香菇片，放入肉，上面铺上青红椒，小米辣，焖熟收汁
